Diabetes ACR alert
Since monitoring of urinary albumin:creatinine ratios (ACR) was removed from QOF, in most EMIS Web practices there is now no alert to warn you if an ACR is due for a patient with diabetes. However, this still remains part of NICE recommendations for the management of diabetes.
In response to popular demand we have written an alert to reinstate the ACR warning in the bottom right-hand alert box.
We are offering this alert for free download for Oxfordshire practices who also wish to receive a free Data Validation Summary Report. Please fill in one of the forms below if you would like to take advantage of this offer.
