Alerts GPs if a patient is asthmatic but not on the QOF Asthma register.
The most likely reason for this is that they have not collected any inhalers in the past year (and may therefore not realise the salbutamol they keep at home for emergency use has expired)

Alerts GPs to weigh a patient if a patient has been on obesity register prior to April 2014 but has not been weighed in this QOF year.

Alerts GPs when a new Heart Failure code is entered and no recent echo/referral code that they need to add echocardiogram or specialist referral code to.

Pop-up alert to remind GPs to request dementia bloods when adding a new diagnosis of dementia (alert won't appear if bloods already done)

Alerts when adding a non-QOF compliant cancer diagnostic code

Alerts to need for LARC advice (if not already given) when prescribing emergency contraceptive pill

Alerts to need for reversibility when adding new diagnosis of asthma

Pop-up reminder about the Osteoporosis QOF domain, and to consider a diagnosis of Osteoporosis, when a fracture is coded. Also alerts clinicians to patients who may have osteoporosis based on previous fracture history

Pop-up reminder to consider aspirin and check BP when coding a new diagnosis of peripheral arterial disease.
The pop-up will only remind clinicians of what needs doing (e.g. if patient is already taking aspirin but no BP, the reminder will only advise that a BP needs checking)
