We take our Information Governance responsibility seriously. We install and support our software remotely using an encrypted NHS N3 connection using an EMIS Web login that does not allow access to care records. We are registered with the Health and Social Care Information Centre and our Information Governance policy has been independently verified as reaching the standard of Level 2 or above - the same standard GP Practices are expected to achieve.
We are registered with the Data Protection Register. Our registration number is ZA064451.
All of our services fully adhere to Department of Health guidance, as described in Good Practice Guidelines for GP electronic records, where accurate clinical coding is deemed critical - "... having high quality data in computable form is critical to enable patient data to be processed (e.g. for QOF, audit, and decision-support purposes).".
