Ardens-QMasters searches for QOF v42
The Ardens-QMasters team have written a suite of searches to help practices to manage patients for the new QOF criteria which have been introduced for 2019/20. They cover the following:
CHD - CHD008 & CHD009
Cytology - CS005 & CS006
Diabetes - DM019, DM020, DM021, DM022 & DM023
Hypertension - HYP003, HYP007
Mental Health - MH006
Stroke & TIA - STIA010 & STIA011
We have written these searches as a guide only, to be used in the interim period before EMIS produce the new QOF searches.
There are 3 files below. The PDF documents are guides on downloading and using the searches, and should be read first.
The file called 'Ardens-QMasters QOF v42' contains the searches and needs to be downloaded from here and imported to EMIS. There are instructions on how to do that while the final document contains instructions on how to use the searches.
