1. Fix the existing coding errors made since 1st September
This procedure will batch add the correct "65ED4" clinical code to all of your patients who have had a "65ED" code adding to the clinical record since 1st September 2019. This only needs doing once.
1. Download and install the below search file into EMIS Web (remember to right-click and select SAVE AS)

2. Run the search.
3. Select the search and then select "Batch Add" -> "Clinical Code" from the toolbar
4. Press the magnifying glass next to "Batch Add" and type "65ED4" into the box and double-click Administration of first inactivated seasonal influenza vacc on the left-hand size of the window
5. Leave all the boxes blank except for the "Descriptive text" box at the bottom which should contain: "Correct code added for 2019/20 flu season" and then press "OK":
6. Add a description (any text you want) and then select the search file you have just run (see image below).
Press "OK" and this will then add the correct clinical code to all the patients who have had a flu vaccine since 1st September.
